Job Description
We are building our clinical team and looking for psychotherapists to join the practice. We are seeking fully licensed therapists or psychologists in the State of Illinois with 4 years post-independent licensure experience.
Compensation is a percentage based on income received and paid out monthly. Therapist must have a niche (eating disorders, ADHD, children & adolescents, OCD, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Allium Counseling will also provide referrals and promote therapists within the practice. Candidate must be independent, organized, collaborative, flexible and open-minded. Allium is seeking to engage highly motivated and experienced therapists, and therefore, the successful candidate will hold independent contractor status.
This position is remote only, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule starting in late 2024/early 2025. In the meantime, the candidate shall use their own workspace to hold therapy sessions.
Therapists set their own hours and may work part-time or full-time according to their personal and professional needs and goals.

Requirements are:
*Current State of Illinois license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC in good standing
*Maintain active malpractice/liability insurance
*Training, certification or significant experience in specific niche area(s)
*Willingness to market yourself, such networking with other providers and maintaining a Psychology Today profile.
*Minimum 4 years post-independent licensure
*Willingness to coordinate care (e.g., phone calls) with other providers on a client’s treatment team
Preferred qualifications:
*Prior private practice experience
*Registered with CAQH
*Paneled with BCBS
*Training or certification in tele-mental health
